Just a community service announcement.
The feral pig on the left is the anti-social low-life who has been trying to make himself a big man in the neighborhood by victimising my mother and myself. When I confronted him about his behaviour he stated, " You don't know who you're dealing with, I know people." (The street name is actually Dumba. It was too hard to resist).
One of those people appears to be the feral pig on the top-right, councillor Joe Ramia who has been stalking and instructing council staff to harass us on his behalf. An insight into the personality of this character can be found here: [link]
The third feral pig is the slimiest of all, councillor William (Bill) Cahill. He one of those politicians who goes around paying lipservice to social issues in order to ingratiate himself to voters but when it comes to actually doing the ethical thing by constituents such as my mother and I, he has no interest. His response to my complaints that staff under his portfolio have been engaging in harassment and bullying was to let the bullies handle my complaint. This is like a private school letting its prefects handle complaints from students of prefect bullying.

My friends and I spend our time thinking of ways to help people. Pigs like these and the sneering council workers who continue to stalk past our home, invading our privacy, spend their time working out how to harm people. They are the epitome of moral bankruptcy.

Ulead photoimpact is an excellent piece of software for doing this sort of photomanipulation, particularly the eraser tool that erases layer sections and not just the colour as other programs do. Thus creating free floating objects that can be saved as png's or gif's (they support transparent layers). They can then be pasted onto other images for manipulation. You can pick up a cheap copy of photoimpact 10 or up from ebay for about $20 , or just get the latest version from the Ulead website for about US$60.
